Board Ready and the waves are calling for Tony

There’s a quiet magic in seeing a student pick up their newly minted wooden surfboard—especially one crafted by hand during our February 2025 class in Tasmania

Last Thursday , that moment belonged to Tony - one of our Brisbane students who made the trek in Febuary to participate in our Huon Valley Workshop.

The 9 ft Dawn that Tony crafted has been meticulously resin coated to bring out those beautiful grains and hightlight those contrasting pintsripes - a board that is as functional as it is beautiful
